Bell High School- Summer School Requests 2024

This form MUST be completed for any Bell student who wishes to take a summer school course.

There are several different summer school options - Reach Ahead (in person at 2 sites or virtual),  e-Learning (all online), Co-op (1 or 2 credit, virtual OR in person), Credit Recovery (final mark below 50%), as well as Equity-based programs. 

Students may only enroll in ONE Summer School course of any kind.

* This form must be completed with/by the parent or guardian unless the student is 18 years old.
