Applying for Early Entrance to Kindergarten

Children born after August 1 and no later than September 30 may be considered for Early Entrance to Kindergarten.

The Plainfield Community School Corporation Early Entrance to Kindergarten policy is set by the School Board, and can be found here: Policy C100-R (http://go.boarddocs.com/in/plainfieldin/Board.nsf/goto?open&id=BSCVDX804F45).

Failure to complete this form will result in your child not being considered for early entrance for kindergarten.
