I understand that I am responsible for payment in full for all days requested. Missed days are not refunded or credited. I understand that payments are due prior to holidays and weekends. Payment for each month is due in full by the 1st of each month. Tuition received after the 1st of each month will include a $20.00 late fee. If the tuition payment is not received by the 10th of the month, care will be suspended until my account is paid in full. If at any time I need to alter my current tuition package, I will provide 14 days written notice.
