Avondale GATE Magnet School Parent Application
Application for the 2020-2021 school year - District Residents only.

Please complete this form for your child's application to the Avondale GATE program. This is required as the first step in the application process. This application will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. Once you have submitted this application, GATE staff will pull your child's NWEA MAP scores and pull your child for the writing assessment the week of November 18th at their home school. If you are a district resident but do not attend Avondale Schools, please email kate.martin@avondaleschools.org to set up a testing date.

This application must be completed between the dates of November 4th - 15th. Parents may submit it either online (using this form) or on paper. If you complete the paper form of this application, it must be submitted to Kate Martin, Avondale GATE Magnet School, 1435 W. Auburn Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48309 by 3pm on November 15th. Late applications will not be accepted.
