This form is for signing up as a MENTOR for the WCC UK's Short-term Mentoring scheme. The scheme allows mentees to consult a mentor on a specific issue by email for a short period of time, which will not exceed three months. By signing up, you agree to be added to a database of mentors to be consulted on specific issues; your sign-up is valid for one year, after which you will be consulted on whether or not you wish to remain on the database. You agree to respond to your mentee's initial email within two weeks. You are not obliged to advise on any issues other than those that you signed up to the scheme to help with. Please remember that your mentee may have had different experiences from your own when giving advice. Please make reasonable time for your mentee, and inform them of the timeframes in which they might expect to receive responses from you.
