・HINA MATSURI / Girl’s Day or the Doll Festival

<MENU>
+CHIRASHI ZUSHI+ ("Scattered" Sushi)
+HAMAGURI JIRU+ (Clam soup)
+TAI SAKURA AN+ (Sea bream with cherry blossom sauce)
+NANO HANA KOBUJIME+ (Canola blossoms marinated with KOMBU seaweed)
+Complementary snack, sweet or drink

*In this lesson, you will also learn a simple food carving technique

*NB: Menus are due to change depending on availability of ingredients

All classes will take place in my kitchen in HIYOSHI, Yokohama 
(20 min from Shibuya/12 min from Yokohama on Tokyu Tokyoko Line) →
10 min by taxi from HIYOSHI station 
+details will be given by email after reservation

We do have 1 parking space available for those who wish to drive.  First come first serve, so pls reserve your space beforehand.  (If not, 2 coin parking lots nearby)

Please understand that full amount will be charged for any cancellation made after 72 hrs prior to the booked date, due to preparation reasons.  (ie Lesson date: January 4th 10 AM, full price from January 1st 10 AM)

    *No cancellation fee if you can find someone to take your place

Consequently, please consider your reservation cancelled if I do not get any response from you by 72 hrs prior to the booked date, due to preparation reasons.
