It's important to designate yourself or someone else as the lead contact for the clinic. The lead contact's role will be to send out registration information about the clinic to the other participants that plan to take the clinic. In some instances the lead contact may help with providing volunteer sweeps, securing venue & permits for the event, securing host lodging for coaches, marketing the event and providing any needed infrastructure like tents, tables, port-o-potties etc. Having a lead contact for clinics where we don't have coaches living in the area allows for us to keep the registration costs down and gives the local community an opportunity to get involved in supporting the clinic.

Half Day Clinic (5-21 people, 3 hours)

Full Day Clinic (5-21 people, 6 hours)

2-Day Clinic (5-21 people, 6 hours each day, participants are the same for both days of the clinic)

Two Consecutive Full Day Clinics (5-21 people, 6 hours each day, participants are different for day 1 and day 2 of the clinic which allows for you to accommodate up to 42 participants over the course of 2 days)

Let us know a little bit about your group and ideal clinic. For example: I want to organize a clinic for members of my local trail alliance COTA. We are a group of men and women who are mountain bike enthusiasts and are looking for an opportunity to advance our skills on our home trails in Bend, OR. There are at least 12 people who have already expressed interest and I bet we will be able to fill an entire clinic of 21 OR I want to organize a clinic that coincides with our local mountain bike festival. It will be one more activity that people can participate in over the weekend of events.

Please give us details about possible locations and trail networks where you would like to host a clinic including the nearest town to the venue. The best venues to host a clinic include a large, open grassy area where skills and drills can be practiced such as a park or field that also happens to be in close proximity (less than a mile) from the trails where you would like to practice skills in the afternoon. Ideally the venue would have bathrooms and ample parking space.

Please list specific dates or a date range that would be ideal for your clinic.

Let us know if you are open to a weekday clinic or if the clinic needs to be on the weekend. Also, keep in mind trail conditions/weather in your area.
