Unlike other programs, I don’t provide a set meal plan (this often surprises people), because the goal is to teach you how to make informed food choices. You’ll be using MyFitnessPal daily for 12 weeks to track your food and gain a deeper understanding of what you're eating and how much.
Each week, you’ll check in by submitting your food diary, along with progress photos and measurements.
I’m only able to work with individuals who are fully committed—this is a collaborative process, and I won’t be chasing you for your food logs. I’m also not the cheapest option out there—and I don’t intend to be. The reason for that is simple: this is a highly personalised approach, and I’m with you every step of the way, 24/7.
