This is a sign-up form to enroll to the SCIENCE CAMP @ Global ART Centre, AECS Layout, Bangalore, for children in grades 5 to 9, conducted by Adaptive Instruction. After signing up, further details will be shared via email.

Who Can Enroll to the Science Camp?:
This course is meant for children in Grades 5 to 9.

Any Eligibility Criteria?:
None. All children are welcome, from the relevant grades.

Camp Dates, Duration, Days and Timings?:
The Science Camp is for 8 Sessions (Mondays and Wednesdays) from April 3rd to 26th Timing 11:00am to 1:00pm. Total learning is for 16 hours

Course Fees?:
Rs.3200 payable in whole before the date of commencement. Payment relevant details will be shared after submission of this form within 2 working days via email.

Where will the Science Camp be held?:
The Camp will be conducted at Global Art Centre, AECS Layout, Bangalore.

How many are in a batch?:
The maximum capacity for children would be 12.

What Confirms an Enrollment?:
Enrollment is confirmed based on the below:
  1. Submission of details in this form
  2. Required payment is done before commencement of course
What is Covered in the Course?:
Sessions will have a mix of these depending on response of the children
  1. Practical Activities and Review of Concepts in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
  2. Innovative questions
  3. Quizzes
  4. Coloring of sheets depicting Science concepts
  5. Formative Assessment Probes for Critical review of Physics, Chemistry and Biology

The facilitator for all the days would be Venkat (L.N. Venkataraman). More about his experience and profile can be found in the link below:

Medium of Instruction?:
The medium of instruction will be English. 

Mode of Instruction?:
Face-to-face, classroom instruction.

Materials for the Science Camp?:
All materials will be provided by Adaptive Instruction. Students can come empty handed.
