Work Phase process
The following is a general process phase for my commissions.

1.) Contact, & Confirmation.

2.) Viability check.

3.) Final agreement and invoicing.

4.) Work Phase 1 - Physical model "sketch" up.

5.) Work Phase 2 - Base Outfitting.

! This is the point of No-return for Refunds. !

6.) Work Phase 3 - Hair.

7.) Work Phase 4 - Outfit Finalization.

8.) Work Phase 5 - Body Textures. (Eyes, Skin, Face etc;)

9.) Work Phase 6 - Cleanup, Testing, & Pre-Unity Approval Check.

10.) Work Phase 7 - Unity Post editing.

11.) Work Phase 8 - Finalization, Testing, and Delivery.
Refund Policy
1.) Refunds requested Before Work Phase 1, Will be fully refunded.

2.) Requests After Work Phase 1, & During Work Phase 2 will be partially refunded 50% of the Commission total price.

3.) Refunds may NOT be requested after Work Phase 2 is finished.
Terms & Conditions
By reading this form and filling it out & submitting it you agree to...,

  1. My right to decline any commission request.

  2. My right to adjust the price of any commission accordingly based on unique requests or extreme complexity. (However Prices will never be changed AFTER sending the agreed invoice price.)

  3. Being fully responsible for providing accurate and detail references for the model.

  4. My right to display and showcase any work on any site or platform I wish. (If you are planning a Debut I can restrict this till After just let me know.)

  5. Never claim my work as Your own.

  6. Credit me properly when asked about Your model.

  7. Never sell the finished model, or it's assets individually Privately or Publicly.

  8. Pay 50% or more of your PayPal invoice before work is started on your model.

  9. Pay the remainder of your invoice after the model commission is finished.

  10. Understand the limitations of VRoid and it's software.

  11. A maximum of 3 Revisions Post-Completion for adjustments and minor fixes.

  12. Acknowledging that all prices shown are in USD.

  13. Being over the age of 18.

  14. Request Commercial rights if You plan to Monetize this model in any form or fashion, ie; Music videos, Video game projects, & Merchandise.
