What happens after we register?
You will be emailed a confirmation and then a reminder each week with the zoom class link.

What do I need to have for this class?
- A computer with a camera
- Internet Access
- Zoom software has been downloaded and an account has been made prior to the first class
- Please check out your chosen youtube dance video a few times (specifically the first 1 minute before the first class)

Do I need to show myself in the zoom session?
We understand that it can be intimidating for some, so please feel free to turn off your camera, BUT we do expect that you are following all the moves while you are tuned in :)

When will classes start?
Semester One: Classes will start from Tuesday, 2nd of March

When to classes end?
During a standard semester, this program would run from Week 1 - week 10.
Note: This is at the discretion of the facilitator. The last date may change due to their assessments and commitments.

What happens after I register for a class?
You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder each week. This email will have the zoom link for the class.
Please make sure you are signed in to zoom with your Monash Student email.

How will this class work?
Due to these special circumstances, this class will run through Zoom. The facilitator will structure the class for absolute beginners and each week will be an extension on the previous week.

What happens if I don't register until after the class has started?
You will only be able to apply up until week 2.
After this time, all applicants will not be considered for the current semesters class, but instead, will be contacted first about the classes that are running in the following semester.

What happens if I miss a week?
Let your facilitator know as far in advance as you can.
It's likely they will be able to provide you with resources so that you are not left behind.

What happens if I suck/don't like it and want to stop?
That's totally fine, just let us know and we will remove you from the list.

What happens if I need extra help?
You can always ask the instructor for help. They may not be able to provide you with a private session but they will help you with tips and tricks and resources.

Zero Experience, could potentially hurt myself in this class

Some, like when I go out, but otherwise not much

I used to go to dance classes when I was a kid

I love dancing, I would say I have coordination and are less likely to fall on my face
