How Online Coaching Works
Thank you for providing the previous information.
Online coaching consists of a 4 week program provided to you on a spreadsheet. Each program is specifically designed for your goals, experience, and body type. You will have the ability to contact me directly through Instagram messages and Email to get fast responses for your training needs.
Video submissions for lifts are encouraged to allow me the ability to fix your form. Nutrition planning is available for those who need it. Obviously, the way you eat, sleep, and recover I'm not able to be there for. So be honest during coaching with what's going on.
You are responsible for keeping me up to date with your training. Programs will always be uploaded and ready for you each week. I try my hardest to check in with all my lifters, but there are many both online and in person. So if you don't keep me updated I assume everything is going well.
Lastly, I highly encourage planning to train for at least 3 months minimum for the best results! Progress is not instant regardless what your focus is.
