This is what you will receive each month in your colour of the month:
• One Classic Stampin’ Pad
• One Ink Refill
• One Stampin’ Write Marker
• Half a pack of A4 cardstock (12 sheets)
• Eight pieces of 6”x 6” Designer Series Paper
• Four pieces of 6” x 6” Luster Specialty Paper
• 30 In Color Gems
• 1.8m of Textured Ribbon
• A handmade card in your colour for the month
• Plus, a surprise bonus!

The cost of the share is $70 per month..

Postage is extra and is as follows:
- Auckland $5.50
- Rest of NZ $5.90
- If you live in a non-urban or rural area, then it is an additional $2.50.

One you have completed the form, I will send you an invoice with the payment details.  Internet banking is preferred.    If you don't need an invoice, you can make payment into my bank account number is 12 3072 0848995 00 with the account name Mrs A M Palmer.  
You can also pay by Credit Card, but there will be a transaction fee of $2.40
