SSYP Faith & Blue Wellness Walk Registration

Please complete this form for each individual planning to attend our FAITH & BLUE WELLNESS WALK on Wednesday, October 4th, 2023.

We will launch our walk from St. Stephen's Youth Programs at 5:30 pm, walk through Villa Victoria, down Shawmut Avenue and through Ramsey Park, and return via Shawmut. The walk with conclude with a community meal back at SSYP.

We will have opportunities for guests who are not able or comfortable with the distance of the walk, including a shorter route and opportunities to connect with our community right at St. Stephen's.
