I hereby, for myself and my spouse, assume any and all risks which may be associated with club activities, including classes and co-ops. I further waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue Homeschool St. Charles, its officers or its members for any injuries or loss of any kind suffered as a result of taking part in co-ops, classes or activities. I also agree to the use of photos or videos from any events for the Homeschool St. Charles private Facebook group. *
