When: Saturday, November 12th 2022
Doors open to artists: 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Doors open to public: 5:00pm - 8:30pm
4469 Chevy Chase Dr, La Cañada Flintridge, CA 91011
Thank you for your interest in coming out and sharing your art with us! We'd love to showcase you and your work.
We are providing:
+ Exposure to our audience, tables, and easels (the venue has about 40 easels). Setup begins at 4pm, first come first serve.
+ Bid sheets
We are asking artists to manage their own:
+ Complete setup and breakdown of your display. Please feel free to bring your own decor, artist description, payment information, and art piece labels. The venue comes with 40+tables and easels and is pretty well lit, so bringing your own lighting is up to your discretion. Please do not leave anything behind with us or at the venue.
In return for providing the space and exposure to our audience, we are asking for donations to Trek Relief. Something along the lines of 20% of sales is suggested. If you would like to support our work and donate more than that, we would receive that with so much gratitude!
COMPLIMENTARY ENTRY
Artists registered by October 22, 2022 will gain free entry to our event and be prioritized on requests for tables and easels. However, we will still accept last-minute submissions.
Door entry donations are always welcome and will help us cover the cost of the venue and food that will be provided.
