Works taking place outside of Shed premises including Groundwork/Building or other activities.

Detail Risks to individuals directly performing the tasks. Mitigations could include Safety equipment, supervision, minimum Qualification/Experience etc
Description of Potential Risks in performing task (to 3rd Parties) - During Task & Mitigation actions
This could be, visitors to site, people assisting on tasks, general public access to site etc.   Detail all Mitigation actions (eg Barriers, warnings, safety equipment, supervision).
Description of Potential Risks - when Task completed &  Mitigation actions
Details of risks to anybody as a result of the work carried out (eg Failure of a repair, effect of poor workmanship etc) Mitigations could include Sign off and acceptance of work by client, labelling/safety instructions, warning signs, signed letters accepting no liability of LMS
