Volunteers are an integral part of our school community and help make St. Andrew Catholic Elementary School the special place that it is. Please complete this form by indicating the committees and events that you would like to volunteer to support.

Please note: A volunteer will be subject to getting a Vulnerable Sector Screening Criminal Reference Check, which we must have on file. Annually, a volunteer must complete a “Volunteer Declaration Form”. Receipts will not be accepted while you wait for the documents. If you plan on attending a class trip, you must have this information on file and also adhere to the policy pertaining to volunteer drivers.
