PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Only register if you can commit to a minimum 3 hour shift at EYU. If you can no longer attend, send an email to eyu.ucla@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

Registered volunteers will receive a free T-shirt, lunch, and snacks on the day of the event. If you have signed up as a booth leader, you do not need to sign up again here. The deadline for this form is Oct. 15th. We will send out information about your assignment once everybody has registered.

All booth leaders and volunteers will receive a T-shirt, lunch, water, and snacks. However, if you have a T-shirt from last year, we encourage you to wear it again this year, in which case, you can select "Not needed" below.

Please select the time frame(s) that you would like to commit to volunteering. No meals will be provided during the tear-down session but there will be snacks available. We will do our best to assign you to your preferred assignment.

Science Booth volunteers assist Booth Leaders with demonstrations and interactions with guests.

Speaker volunteers will assist the Speaker coordinator with making sure the speaker sessions run smoothly.

Event volunteers will be able to provide guests with general information about the event such as logistics and emergency help. They may be stationed as floaters around the event or at designated information booths.

Pre-EYU is the day before EYU where volunteers will be placing signage and distributing materials for science booths.
