The Rhode Island Wind Ensemble thanks you for your interest in donating to the BIRD!

We're in need of used band instruments of all kinds: woodwinds (flutes, clarinets, oboes, bassoons, saxophones), brass (trumpets, French horns, trombones, baritones, tubas), and percussion (drums, cymbals, bells, xylophones). We currently do not accept string instruments, guitars, or pianos.

Instruments will be inspected, cleaned, and repaired by trained technicians before being donated to a local school band program for use by students who cannot afford to rent or buy an instrument of their own.
