TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. By filling out the following form, you confirm that you are of legal capacity to do so and are over 18 years of age

2. The purpose of the form is to validate your details

3. Property Share Group will consider your Referral enquiry based on the answers you provide in this form

4. You may be required to meet with Property Share Group if we feel your Referral is viable and has merit

5. Property Share Group will contact you within 48 to 72 hours when you have filled out the form

6. You confirm that the details you enter are true, correct and complete

7. By filling out the following Contact form, you agree and understand that unless your Referral leads to a successful and conclusive deal entirely, Property Share Group is under no obligation to pay you any amount of monies

8. Property Share Group will not share any of your information with any third parties

9. All Referral fees / Finder fees are on a per deal and per Property basis and are negotiable
