What: a networking and speed dating event for international publishers

As part of the EU-funded project Every Story Matters (ESM), the Slovenian Book Agency organizes
a B2B networking session for international publishers interested in the exchange of quality books
for children and young adults with an emphasis on inclusion.

We will start our 2-and-a-half-hour networking event with a presentation of the project (15 min)
followed by a moderated individual meeting session among the participating publishers/editors/
literary agents. Finally, we will tell you more about our brand  new platform for more diversity in the European book sector. Snacks and drinks will be available.

Any interested publisher/editor (acquiring or selling) can apply to take part in this networking event;
however, priority will be given to publishers from the partner countries of the project: Belgium
(Flanders), Croatia, Germany, Portugal, The Netherlands, and Slovenia. Up to 30 participants will be
able to attend the session.

Registrations close on Tuesday morning 19/10, 9 AM (Brussels Time Zone).
Attendees will receive an email confirming their registration.
