SUN CITY HILTON HEAD BIRD CLUB MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

A SEPARATE FORM IS REQUIRED FOR EACH MEMBER
All members – new or renewing – must complete a separate, on-line registration form.  No paper registrations are accepted.

DUES
Annual dues are $10 for each member.  Dues paid on or after Earth Day validate membership through both the current and subsequent year.

BADGES
Bird Club Member ID badges are available at a cost of $2.50.  

PAYMENT METHOD
Payment by CAM Number is STRONGLY PREFERRED.
By checking CAM on the following form and submitting it, you are authorizing the Bird Club to charge your dues and badge (if you choose that option) to your CAM account.
If paying by check, DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM ONLINE, come to a club meeting and submit your check.

All members are subscribed to the general membership email list.
