WCHE Field Trip Reimbursement Request
If your child(ren) will be attending school at West Cypress Hills Elementary in the 2020-21 school year, no response is required.  We will automatically apply the credit balance from your unused field trip funds toward the purchase of 2020-21 West Cypress classroom t-shirts, field trips, and/or 5th grade planners.

If your child(ren) will not be attending school at West Cypress Hills Elementary in 2020-21, please provide us with the following information so that your reimbursement check can be issued to your family for the unused West Cypress field trip credit balance.
