2020 Greater Englewood Unity Day Registration Form - GROUP or ORGANIZATION
PLEASE READ - This form is to be completed by groups or organizations that have 5 or more volunteers. By completing this form, you understand that you will be expected to volunteer at the clean up site stated below. If you do not have a specific clean up site, you will be assigned to volunteer with the host organization, Imagine Englewood If or a group, block club or organization that needs additional help.  

The 8th Annual Greater Englewood Unity Day volunteer event is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2020 from 10am-1pm. A unity celebration including food, fun and love will follow the clean up from 1pm-3pm. This community volunteer event is organized to show unity and encourage all community members to take pride in beautifying our beloved neighborhood. The schedule for the event is as follows:

+ 9am-10am : Breakfast & Supplies (gloves, trash bags, shirts) pick up
+ 10am-1pm : Community Clean-up
+ 1pm-3pm : Unity Celebration
