Can a transactional approach to co-production ever be appropriate, equitable and effective?

'Co-production' has become something of a buzz word. Done well, co-production can shift power, build relationships and transform outcomes. But too often, the practice of co-production falls short.

Join us for an open Zoom conversation on 15th June 12.30-2pm to explore what we mean by a relationship-centred approach to co-production, and whether a transactional approach can ever be appropriate, equitable and effective.

We'll kick off with a 'dinner table dialogue' between a brilliant group of people who have been thinking deeply about how to put relationships at the heart of co-production:
  • Noreen Blanluet, co-founder of Co-production Network for Wales

  • Dr Gayle Rice, visual designer and researcher

  • Oli Whittington, participatory designer at Shift

  • Khadija Badri, Community Engagement Coordinator, NIHR (National Institute for Health Research)

We'll then open up the space to questions and reflections from the wider group. Everyone is welcome :)
