coalvalleydays@gmail.comValley Days( at the park and July 5th- 6th is festival) is in need of some help from kids(must be at least 5th gr if by themselves), adults, and groups. If you are able to give 2-3hrs we could use the help in the following areas:
*Kids Areas - Sell wristbands, help kids with the various inflatables, make sure no rough playing, signed waivers.
* Car Show (this is Saturday morning) - Help with registration, parking cars, Door prizes, etc.
*Vendors / Crafters - We have spots available for this area as well.
* Concessions - Need some people to help with cooking, serving, and be a runner between pop tent.
*Parade- Need to people to help with line-up at Trimbles, direct traffic at barricades.
*Doggie Dash - Need a couple people to help with registration of dogs, and help chairperson with running the race.
*Beer Tent - Bar hops, checking ID's, Bar back, taking money
*Maintenance - Help with getting trash, stocking toiletries in bathroom and port-a-potties.
*Set -up & Tear-down - This is setting up chairs, tables, moving out picnic tables from pavilion the day before and then Sunday we will be putting the park back.
