This clinical trial is testing the use of non-invasive brain stimulation to improve symptoms of writer's cramp dystonia. The following questions will help us determine whether this clinical trial is right for you.

Participation in this trial would involve four visits to Duke hospital over one month. During your visit you would practice writing on an electronic notebook. You would also receive two functional brain MRI scans and two sessions of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
