Interest in Posting Physician Jobs
Please note we are not recruiters.  The intention behind this is to try and match physicians looking for jobs with physicians looking to advertise jobs in a way that doesn't depend on Facebook algorithms and the right people seeing the right post, or too many posts not relevant to the majority of members.  We also hope that it will allow those seeking jobs to directly speak to physicians at those jobs, with much more transparency, and therefore result in better matches for both sides.

We are trying to do this in an affordable way that also allows us to dedicate bandwidth to it, and thus there is a small cost, but one that is hopefully much, much better than using a recruiter. 

There are lots of different places to advertise jobs, and this one is not meant to compete with any of them.  We have a large percentage of US physicians within training and the first decade and a half of careers on the groups, so we hope this offers unique access to a new pool of candidates, in a way that is on the job seekers' terms.

We will not be involved in any communication between the two parties beyond the initial introduction.  The amount we charge for this service means that it is mission oriented - you may not use this form to seek people for any purpose beyond finding someone to join your group.  You can not use it on behalf of a recruitment company, a company you own that's not a medical practice, a startup, a locums or telemedicine company, or any other entity that would make money off of our physicians in a way that wasn't as a direct employer of physicians.  We reserve the right to deny any job posting for any reason whatsoever, especially if it isn't deemed to be consistent with our intention behind setting up this service.  You may not contact physicians you are connected to via this process for anything other than the job that you had advertised.

The current cost to advertise a job is $300 per opening for a three month job listing.  After this time, the job will be taken down unless you notify us 10 days before the post is set to expire. If you wish to extend the job listing, the fee is $100/month. An invoice will be emailed to you for your accounting records, if needed for tax deduction purposes as applicable. *

You agree not to attempt to profit from this service aside from securing a physician for your group.  We do not allow bulk recruitment of physicians through this outlet. You may not use the information provided to you to solicit others to use, invest in, or otherwise profit from competing products, services, or companies.  You may not use this job posting on behalf of a organization or company that profits from physicians in any way other than as a direct employer.  If you are a startup, a company which profits from the physician job search or side gig market, or are employed by a similar entity, you may not use this service, but are instead directed to our partnerships arm as above.  

We reserve the right to refuse any job posting for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to lack of bandwidth, lack of adequate compensation, lack of good faith between the two parties, or a job posting which does not fit the intended spirit of this service.
