#ConStrong Registration
The #ConStrong Challenge is designed to encourage community members to stay active this spring while holding each other accountable. This challenge is open to USD 333 students, staff, alumni, families, and any other community members that want to join. The Challenge will begin 3/30/20 and end 5/17/20. Members will earn a point through the completion of workouts, and accountability posts on social media.  Coach Echer will provide three workouts Monday-Friday. These workouts will be posted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and sent out via Remind. To earn a point, participants will need to complete one of these workouts and simply message "complete" to the #ConStrong remind account.

WEEKLY AWARD: We will do a drawing each week for the Hammer of the Week. Each participant will have their name entered for posts they make in a week, a maximum of 5 entries.


POINTS:
*Members score points through completion of a workout and social media posts.
*Social Media post must be submitted with #ConStrong
*Workout Completion= 1 Point
*Social Media Picture= 1 Point(limit 1 post per day: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
*Social Media Video= 2 Points(limit 1 post per day: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
* 4 Points possible per day.


***May post photos and videos as a family. Each person's name needs to be listed for credit, this will allow for accurate point tracking.
