AmeriCorps, Partnership to End Homelessness Member Application for Service Year 2021-2022
Thank you for completing our application! We are excited to find members to serve Guilford and Forsyth Counties. Our program  runs from September 2021 until August 2022.

PLEASE NOTE: Your responses to this application will be seen by AmeriCorps staff and potential sites. Please present yourself professionally, use complete sentences, and spellcheck before submitting. You may not qualify for all roles if your writing skills are not proficient.

The benefits for full-time vs. part-time roles are:

Full-time members must serve 1701 hours and will receive a monthly stipend of $1255 per month plus an education award of approximately $6,345 upon completion; $200 per month of health insurance credit at HealthCare.gov; and childcare benefits if eligible.

Three-Quarter time members serve 1201 hours and receives a monthly stipend of $787.50 plus an education award of approximately $4,441.50.

Part-time members must serve 901 receives a monthly stipend of $525 per month plus an education award of approximately $3,172.50 upon completion.

Reduced half-time members must serve 675 hours and receives a monthly stipend of $400 plus an education award of $2,417.14

FaithAction International House requires members be bi-lingual to serve at their site. If you would like this application in Spanish please email the Program Director at mscales@theservantcenter.org

SUMMER 2021 APPLICANTS: If you are applying for the two roles open with Mobile Oasis and BackPack Beginnings for summer 2021 the living allowance and education award are prorated according to the length of service. The living allowance is 169.44/month and education award is $1,311.Intangible benefits include professional development and networking. Both roles are part-time and the schedule will be made with the site supervisor.
