If you have any other concerns, feel free to email me at secretary@texasaed.org.  Please please please do not fill out this form if the event you're missing points for is not in the spreadsheet yet. I promise that I will put all the events in and sometimes I'm waiting for attendance lists so you don't need to fill out this form to remind me of those! I'll put them in once I get the lists :)
