The Parent-Counselor Committee at Small Middle School is in search of guest speakers. We'd love your support with the following.
- Professionals (Guest speakers showcasing their careers) - We would like to host 1-2 guest speakers a month to expose our 8th graders to as many careers as possible. Volunteers would give a 30 minute presentation all about their level of education, preparation, and career. Presentation would occur in the cafeteria during advisory 1:45 - 2:15.
-Guest speakers to speak with our students about topics such as bullying, self-compassion, kindness, healthy friendships/relationships, accepting and respecting peers no matter how different we may think we are, mental health, body image.
