Centrally located within a walking distance of Safeway, Pete’s Coffee, Trader Joe’s, Restaurants and more. Street parking all around. Dance and Yoga Studio in a solid brick building offering excellent sound quality and spacious open space including mirrors and reception area. Back room for breaks, changing, 1 ADA compliant bathroom. Bring your own set up table and chairs.

(set-up between 12-12:30PM; pack-up between 3:30-4PM)

Parking Description
Located on El Camino Real a main street in Millbrae. There is parking right in front of studio on the street, as well as across the street in the large Safeway parking lot.

General Rules
No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol.
All ages are allowed in this space.

Security Cameras and Recording Devices
There are security cameras in the main entrance of the studio to oversee entrance and floor space. There are no cameras in rear or bathrooms.
