Bible Class Expectations and Screening

As we are returning to Bible classes at the building, in an effort to keep everyone as safe as possible, we want to ask you to agree to a few things before sending your children to class. We also want to make sure you know that there is risk involved in coming to Bible class and that by attending, you are accepting that risk.

You should take these things into consideration any time you plan to attend Bible classes.

First and Last Name *

Elementary aged students (1st-5th grade) will be required to wear a mask at all times during Bible classes. Children in Kindergarten or younger will not be required to wear masks. *
