Dismissal Procedures
Parents may pick up before 6:00 pm and must pick up BY 6:00 pm.
Pick-ups before 4 pm must be through the Primary FRONT OFFICE
All children must be signed out upon departure by the parent/guardian or person authorized to pickup the child.
A CHILD MAY BE PICKED UP ONLY BY THOSE AUTHORIZED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. Any person picking up a child should expect to be asked to show a photo I.D. before the child is released. This is for the safety of all children. Parents/guardians who pick up their children regularly and are recognized by current staff may not always be asked to show identification.
If the unlikely situation occurs that a parent/guardian must allow a student to be picked up by someone not on the Registration Form, the parent/guardian must provide a signed written note stating the details of the request. The program lead will call the parent before releasing the child. The note will be placed in the child’s file and a photo I.D. will be required before the child is released.

Discipline and BTB
Children will be expected to follow PISD’s Student Code of Conduct.
Children may be withdrawn from the program at the discretion of program Lead. Reasons for withdrawal may include:
Behavior: If at any time a child’s physical, emotional, or social behavior becomes a serious distraction or danger to him/herself or other children, the child may be withdrawn from the program.
Lack of Current Emergency Contact Information: It is very important that our staff is able to contact the parent/guardian of the children in our program when necessary. A child may be withdrawn from the program if our staff is not provided current working phone numbers or not returning phone calls in a timely manner.

Parent/Guardian Withdrawl
Parents/guardians are asked to submit a written notice of intent to withdraw a child from the program.
Program Concerns:
For concerns, please contact the program lead rather than the campus office staff since our program is separate from the regular day.
