What is Title IX in simple terms?
Title IX protects people from discrimination based on gender in education programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance.
For these purposes, discrimination can include, but is not limited to, unequal access to resources, sexual harassment or assault, behavior that may prevent anyone from participating in school-related activities or classes, etc.
If you have a Title IX related concern, please report it to Mrs. Dingus directly, or you may use this form to report anonymously.
Please know that reporting anonymously may not allow for further, thorough questioning from you, should the need arise. Therefore, you can follow up with Mrs. Dingus after your anonymous report if you wish.
