After registering, you'll be directed to our online payment portal. Registration is incomplete until payment is made. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments. Participants have the option to avoid the transaction fee and to pay in full by cash or check on the first day, before the start of the workshop.

Refunds and Cancellations of General Classes and Special Workshops

Kindly choose your seats mindfully, as workshops are considered final sale. Once registered, preparations for your attendance begin behind the scenes, and your seat is reserved, whether or not you choose to attend on the workshop day. If you decide not to attend, please inform us promptly. While we will make an effort to transfer your seat to another workshop, this is not guaranteed. It's important to note that we do not issue refunds, discounts, prorates, or makeup days for reserved but unoccupied seats. We appreciate your understanding that our commitment to our teachers includes providing them with their earned wages if they are scheduled to work during the time and date you have booked. Please be aware that an absent seat is forfeited.
