Please complete this application to hold an event at Hatfield House. Applications must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the planned event. This application is intended only for community groups conducting non-ticketed events. Please note, we will not accept applications for private parties e.g. birthday, graduation, reunions etc. Submitting an application does not grant the applicant permission to hold the event. You will be contacted 7 days after submission if your event has been accepted.
A money order or bank check of $250 site fee is required for events being hosted at Hatfield House. This site fee incudes; event space, restrooms, tables, chairs, tent.
