This is the Team entry form to compete in the Series 2 of the 2023 NSW National Southern Cross Junior Futsal J-League.
The League will be played at the Menai Indoor Sports Centre -
98-150 Allison Cres, Menai NSW 2234 on Sundays from 4pm to 6:30pm for 8 weeks. STARTS 12th February 2023
Competition age groups will be:
U7 (born 2016/2017)
U9 (born 2014/2015)
U11 (born 2012/2013)
U13 (born 2010/211)
* Team Entry Cost for Series 2 of the National J–League is $660 (Inc. GST) and must be paid in full by the 3rd of February 2022
* Each J–League age group is limited to 7 teams
* All players must be registered prior to their first game with the Federation of Australian Futsal (FAF), this will
cover any player injury and generally liability insurance at a one of cost of $40 per player
Once you have submitted this form we will send you a tax invoice for the Entry Fee then all players must register as a FAF Junior Futsal Player through the FAF FutsAll App prior to their first game.
Please Note: By submitting this form it does NOT guarantee your team into the League. Official Notification from FAF will be emailed to you to confirm your teams entry for Series 2 of the 2023 Season.
