JABSOM Blue Zones Project - Employee Wellness Survey 2020
JABSOM's Blue Zones team is conducting a survey to assess our employee's knowledge, participation and needs related to their overall well-being and the Blue Zones Project initiatives. The Blue Zones Project is a national community-wide well-being initiative that helps to make healthy choices easier for everyone in the places that that they live, work and play. JABSOM's Blue Zones Project goal is to promote a work environment that fosters the overall well-being of our employees.  This survey is open to all JABSOM faculty and staff (including UHP and RCUH employees) that are affiliated with JABSOM.
