Ward 88: service delivery complaint resolution
In the run-up to the October election the City of Johannesburg has launched an accelerated service delivery campaign. During the next few months unresolved service delivery complaints are to be escalated to an oversight committee (CRUM) for speedy resolution. In the absence of an active ward representative we have taken on the tasks of ensuring all unresolved complaints are forwarded to the relevant committee (or higher).

Only complaints that have been formally logged and not resolved within 7 days can be brought to the attention of CRUM etc. If you do have such a service delivery complaint please complete the form below and we will try and ensure the CoJ honours its commitment.
