The People's Register: Submit Public Comment

For their upcoming meeting, the CDC’s Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC) has once again elected not to accept public comment through the Federal Register on their proposed changes to guidelines for Isolation Precautions: Preventing Transmission of Infectious Agents in Healthcare Settings. They are using email submission instead of the traditional comment posting site which hides public objection to the threatened changes.

As a rejection of that practice, use this form to share your comments on HICPAC’s proposed changes with us, and we will again post them on our People’s Register.

In commenting, feel free to borrow language from the public comment we will submit on behalf of the People’s CDC or from our recommendations for CDC / HICPAC.

We must receive comments by November 6, 2023.
