2023-24 CLC/After School Registration
Please fill out 1 FORM FOR EACH STUDENT you are registering for the CLC Programs. Please keep in mind that for students to get the most out of the CLC/After School program it is best that they stay for the entire program!

The purpose of the 21st Century Community Learning Center program is to create community learning centers that provide students with academic enrichment opportunities, as well as additional activities designed to complement their regular academic program. All programming will take place at the Shell Lake School building.

Program Outline:
  • Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30 PM  NOTE: Parent pickup begins at 4:30 PM
  • Pick student up in the Elementary Entrance vestibule (Consistent pick up time makes easier transitions!)
  • Students can take the Late Bus home! The late bus will leave school at 5:30 PM
  • Transportation changes should be made by 2:00 PM by contacting the Elementary Office
  • Students in Grades 4K-6th will not be allowed to walk to ball fields or outdoor practices without an adult
  • There is no CLC/After School programming on half days or days off of school.
