Chess.com is one of the largest gaming sites on the internet - and we are growing fast! We are passionate chess players working hard to deliver new products, features, and updates to our 35+ million members.

Your job is to make sure that the Chess.com experience is a positive one for all our members. You will work across the design, product, marketing, and QA teams to ensure that all of the key flows, funnels, products, and experiences are in line with our goals to make our members happy.

Who you are:
- You have 5+ years of UX, QA, or design experience
- You have great product instincts about what makes users happy
- You are meticulous in your documentation
- You know how to solicit and act on feedback from users

What you will do:
- Regularly audit our key flows and experiences to make sure they are working (web, android, ios)
- Maintain documentation for expectations for users, membership levels, products, features, etc
- Be a key owner of important features: Analysis, Puzzles, and Lessons
- In addition to making sure they are working, find and wireframe areas to improve
- Participate in product brainstorming and prioritization
- BONUS: Able to do some limited graphic design and production work (~5 hours per week)
