I hereby certify that the above classification is correct and all students participating are eligible according to the rules of OSSAA.  Students participating from out of state must be eligible according to the rules of their governing board.  The Oologah High School Band nor Oologah Public Schools will be responsible for any lost or stolen items.  It is understood by participant that the participant will take full responsibility for any damages and / or misconduct at the contest site by the participant's members and / or staff.  It shall be the responsibility of the participant and not the Oologah High School Bands nor Oologah Public Schools for all such damage or misconduct.  

It is the responsibility of each school / director to acquire copyright permission for any custom arrangements performed by their band.  To insure that Oologah Dark Cloud Jazz Festival is compliant with the copyright synchronization laws protecting intellectual property, we will not be filming or distributing a video recording of your performance.  By checking the box below, you as the director affirm that you understand the copyright compliance and take responsibility for any copyright infringement committed by your ensemble.  Therefore Oologah Public Schools and Oologah Bands are devoid of liability in this matter.
