The Search for Sasquatch at Historic Mintahama Event ....
HOW THE EVENT WORKS:
Event Address: Mintahama, 7013 Eland Rd, Joplin, MO 64804
Event Timing: May 8th 5:30pm, 2021
The search continues each night until Sasquatch is captured on camera. The first person to take a close-up selfie with Sasquatch and post proof onto Mintahama's facebook page #forCampMintahama will win the $1000 prize.

This is a rain or shine, non-refundable, charitable fundraising event supporting the Mintahama Inc 501(c)(3) nonprofit in its capital campaign to put downpayment on the Mintahama property and reopen as a public venue for camping and education for all.

Participants purchase 1 Access Pass (which covers themselves and a safety companion) then receive an email with tax-deductible receipt for $100 donation, a link to legal waiver for property and Access Pass.
Access Passes are non-transferable, so the name listed is the person who will be checked in at the gate (with ID) and be granted access to the Mintahama property on the chosen night of event.

Once registered, payment is accepted at https://mintahama.com/save-mintahama/ by credit or debit card.
Cash or check payments go to the same link and submit using the option for Offline Donation. It then provides the Joplin office address where you can snail-mail a check to or bring cash payment during daytime business hours.
