Carnage Return ticket

If you are unhappy with your product and want to return it back,
1) You will first need to submit a Return Ticket


Once done,

1) You could Drop it off at our collection hub at and request store Credit valid up to 12 months
 ( Fitness island - 29/17 Stratford avenue, Colombo 06)

2) However if that’s not convenient for you,

You could also Courier the package back to us, ( Fitness island - 29/17 Stratford avenue, Colombo 06)

Please do attach a slip with your
1)order number,
2) Names of Returning items as per invoice
3) Contact number
4) Reason for Return

This will help us identify your order.
Upon receiving your item, Our team will inspect your package and proceed to issue store credits for you provided that all return conditions are met.
