Collaborating with technical teams is a critical aspect of Product Management. Entry-level PMs can feel overwhelmed by the vast amount of information that they don't know. PMs are responsible for prioritizing and roadmapping. This includes making decisions or tradeoffs about speed, quality, scale, constraints, and limitations.
