Family Support Survey- North West
The North West Child and Family Support Network consist of a range of community, voluntary and statutory agencies that play a role in the lives of children and families in this community. The Network covers the area from Creeslough to Dungloe and all in between. We are currently looking at what services might be needed in the North West to support families and would like to find out from you what kind of situations you and your family might need help with now and in the future.
Family Support includes a wide range of services aimed at supporting families across the life cycle to deal with issues and situations that impact on family life and the lives of our children and young people. These services can include Parent and Toddler Groups, programmes / groups for young people, programmes / groups for parents, listening ear services, parent support, home visits by trained family support workers, one to one work with young people, talks in the area on family specific issues, advocacy support, after-schools activities, drop in clinics, etc. This is not an exhaustive list.

For the purposes of the survey we use the term child(ren)to encompass ages 0-17yrs
